How do I place an order?

We accept orders from Viber, Facebook, this website, Shopee, and Lazada.

We also accept walk-in clients in our physical shop located in Beautederm SM City East Ortigas.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through credit card, bank deposit, mobile and online transfer, G-cash, over-the-counter cash payments, and cash on delivery (COD).

To know what type of mode of payment to choose upon checkout, here is your guide:

Paypal - payment through credit card, debit card or Paypal account.

BDO/BPI/GCASH - payment through bank deposit, mobile and online transfer or Gcash.

Cash-on-Delivery - exact cash payment made upon delivery of item fulfilled Lalamove or Dingdong PH.

Do I need a Paypal account to use my credit card?

No, you do not need to have a Paypal account. Once you choose Paypal as your mode of payment, you can skip the Paypal log-in and click on the button "pay using credit card" and you will be directed to the Guest check out page where you will enter your payment info and complete the purchase. 

You have an option to create a Paypal account or log-in to your Paypal account for a quicker transaction. There will be no additional charges when you use Paypal.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes we do! For Metro Manila orders, Php 2000 and below via Lalamove Pabili Service. Orders above Php 2000 shall be scheduled with rider. For provincial orders, you can order via our Shopee or Lazada stores. QR code and links are on our Home page.


How long do I wait for my package to arrive?

We try to be as quick as we can so you don't have to wait long! We process your order within 1-2 working days after you have placed an order. Shipping lead time vary depending on your location.

Metro Manila : same day delivery of confirmed orders until 3PM via GRAB/LALAMOVE

Luzon: 3-5 working days

Visayas: 5-10 working days

Mindanao: 5-10 days working days

How much are the delivery fees?

It's FREE for orders P2,500 and above!

Shipping fees apply to orders less than P2,500.

Metro Manila : GRAB/LALAMOVE rates applies

Provincial : Php 150 Flat Rate via LBC

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via Fedex and DHL. It usually takes 5-10 business days after payment before your order reaches you.

Shipping fee depends on the country and weight of your order. Please chat us for more information.


What is your return policy?

Returns, refunds and exchanges are reviewed on a per order basis. Please chat us immediately should you wish to do any of the above. We reserve the right to accept or deny returns, refund and exchanges subject to these conditions:

Item to be returned or exchanged is in its original packaging, unused and in good condition.

- Item to be returned or exchanged has been received within 7 days, anything beyond this period will not be considered due to the nature of products.

Defective or damaged item can be returned, exchanged or refunded only within 7 days after receiving the item.  

I received the wrong package, what do I do?

Oh no, we're so sorry about that! Kindly chat us, and we'll make sure that you get your right order ASAP!

A damaged product was delivered to me, what do I do?

How unfortunate! We check the quality of all our items and pack them carefully before they leave our warehouse.

Kindly chat us with your order number, full name, and an image & video of the damaged item the moment you receive it. We'll look into the issue and get back to you as soon as we can.
