1. Use lukewarm water and allow it to run for 3-5 minutes on your body to soften the skin;

2. Apply the Lipo Gommage in circular motion. For body, apply first on your feet and then upward towards your entire body up to your chin to enhance circulation. (Remember not to scrub too hard!);

3. Very important to RINSE THOROUGHLY if sensitive to heat!
